The Terminal Six redevelopment strategies for the Port of Portland created an array of site development approaches. These alternative options included large-scale, corporate industrial, and heavy commercial applications, as well as cargo loading / unloading options. In addition, opportunities for Hyundai Corporation and NYK Lines were illustrated for Port of Portland marketing purposes, as shown in the accompanying illustration used by the Port's Executive Director and the Governor of Oregon during early negotiations with Hyundai Corporation to locate their first U.S. terminal in Portland. Other work led by Mr. Glick for the Port of Portland included Harborgate/Lombard streetscape improvements; Rivergate Industrial Lands master plan graphics; aerial perspective showing idealized design scheme for various sites; and Illustrations for real estate involvement in developer negotiations.
