Elk Creek Lake Master Plan for Resource Use
The Elk Creek Lake Master Plan for Resource Use was prepared under Mr. Glick's direction, working closely with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District. Mr. Glick served as Project Manager, coordinating a multi-disciplinary team of Corps professionals consisting of wildlife biologists, cultural resource specialists, water resources personnel, and civil engineers to develop the master plan for natural resource use and management. Mr. Glick also coordinated a public workshop in Grants Pass during the project’s duration, bringing about positive public relations results for the Corps with the local communities, and interested parties. The project initiated this resource use master planning effort as a means to illustrate how lands surrounding the new lake would be managed for wildlife habitat preservation, public use, and enjoyment.
