Terminal One Urban Design Study

Mr. Glick supervised preparation of the accompanying illustration for the Port of Portland's Marine Division, interested in redevelopment concepts for Terminal One, near downtown Portland. The illustration highlights several proposed components of Terminal One, including two office structures, a cruise ship terminal, a waterfront pedestrian esplanade with strong landscape features, rooftop recreation facilities, and glass-enclosed retail facilities. Mr. Glick supervised preparation of site plans, illustrations, and design schemes for an assortment of Port of Portland projects. These efforts were completed for the Marine, Engineering, Real Estate, and Planning Divisions.
