Master Planning
Neskowin Resort Master Plan
The Neskowin Resort Project was designed to be a coastal destination resort with an initial development phase of 90 acres, which incorporated environmental inventory and analysis, land planning, and site-development master planning. The project was intended to be expanded through later phasing, eventually totaling more than 200 acres of resort land with beach access, wetlands, interpretive trails, recreation facilities, single family and multi-family residential areas, specialty retail shops, commercial facilities, conference center, hotel, roads, and a complete utilities system. All residential units were sited to take maximum advantage of ocean views. Fred Glick undertook project coordination, site analysis, land planning, and master planning for this effort. The plan was prepared by Fred Glick Associates and approved by the Tillamook County Planning Commission at the first presentation.
