Beltz Farm Master Plan

Sand Lake, OR

The Beltz Farm Property Destination Resort Project was of special significance, for its sensitive nature and necessarily comprehensive approach. This included environmental inventory and analysis, land-use planning, and site-development master planning. The 400 acre Beltz Farm Property Land-Use Plan was adopted by the State of Oregon, Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC) as the first zoned, destination resort on the Oregon Coast. Planning work allowed this coastal estuary site to gain land use approval without contest at both the Tillamook County and State levels. Mr. Glick led project coordination, site analysis and land use planning. The plan was prepared by Fred Glick Associates and approved by the Tillamook County Planning Commission at the first presentation.
