Ilwaco Destination Resort Master Plan

Planned as a destination resort located north of and adjacent to Cape Disappointment State Park, the Ilwaco Destination Resort was undertaken as a collaborative team effort between Robert Harvey Oshatz, Architect, and Demuth Glick Consultants for Nelles and Associates of Long Beach, WA. The project was envisioned as an eighteen hole championship golf course interspersed with residential development, combined with a series of finger-like links to the Pacific Ocean across the Ilwaco North Road. The southernmost portion of the resort included recreational condominiums, a hotel / conference / recreation center, congregate care facilitie, and more residential areas. The site totaled 450 acres, including 470 residential units.
