Master Planning

Winthrop Park was planned as a residential community on Portland's west side, using a cluster development site planning approach around a loop road configuration. The development focused on a large meadow in the center, with several stands of coniferous trees interspersed. motor courts were located off the loop road, around which the housing clusters were sited. Mr. Glick served as site planner and landscape architect for the project on behalf of Fred Glick Associates, Inc.
