Master Planning

One of the most picturesque settings on the Oregon Coast, the twelve acre Otter Village cluster development project at Otter Crest in Lincoln County, resulted in a seventy-eight unit Master Plan for zero lot line townhouse/condominiums and single family homes designed to enable views from every unit on the site. A State Land Conservation and Development Commission representative characterized our firm's approach as "an exceptional job of site planning". The project was intended as a residential adjunct to the popular Inn at Otter Crest, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The plan reflected the site's inherently sensitive conditions. The residents of the community of Otter Rock, just south of Otter Crest, who had rejected previous schemes prepared by others, approved the approach taken by Mr. Glick.
