Arroyo Seco Parkway, Corridor Partnership Plan

Los Angeles, CA

The Arroyo Seco Parkway Corridor Partnership Plan (CPP) has been carefully designed to assist communities and responsible agencies in understanding the history of the parkway and the options and methods that should be considered for its preservation, environmental stewardship and safe management within the Arroyo Seco Corridor and community. This CPP will introduce the parkway’s origins and history, relevant transportation and preservation policies, and emerging management strategies and smart technologies. The purpose of the CPP is to represent a broad vision for the future of the Arroyo Seco corridor. A corridor plan is required for the designation of the road as a National Scenic Byway by the Federal Highway Administration. Fred Glick is serving as Project Manager for this Plan with Caltrans in association with SCAG, as an Affiliate with IBI Group.
