East Pasco Redevelopment Strategy

Corresponding with Washington’s new Growth Management Act, the East Pasco Redevelopment Strategy was completed in 1994, in close working cooperation with the citizens of East Pasco, the City and the Tri-Cities region. Mr. Glick was project manager for the consulting team which inventoried existing neighborhood conditions, evaluated issues and opportunities, and developed a series of policies and redevelopment criteria based upon economic, land use, transportation and physical development requirements.
