Fred Glick served as Project Manager for the study team that prepared historic infill strategies for the entire City of Jacksonville, Oregon, a national historic district. The team performed a literature search, evaluated existing physical conditions and ways to preserve the scenic qualities of the beautiful Rogue Valley, in the context of the historic district. Fred led the team in providing City-wide community engagement, resulting in recommended growth management strategies and a new historic element for the City's Comprehensive Plan.
